Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Flutter Derivatives Under Different Wind Attack Angles

In the numerical simulation of flutter derivatives, the unstructured grid computing model can be adopted and the hybrid grid computing model can be further divided according to the different partition settings of the hybrid grid computing domain. In this paper, the flutter derivatives of thin plates at 0°, 3°, 5° and 7° angles of wind attack areidentified by using the fractional state forced vibration method, and the critical flutter wind speed is calculated by graphical method. The numerical results of flutter derivative and flutter critical wind speed were compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the numerical method in identifying flutter derivative at different wind attack angles.
