Up to 20 Mrad/s RSOP monitoring based on FFT and Wavelet Transform in optical domain

An RSOP monitoring technique in optical domain is demonstrated without the help of coherent receiver. Up to 20 Mrad/s RSOP was monitored with CD tolerance of 1360 ps/nm and power sensitivity of -20 dBm.
