Case Analysis of ZPW-2000A Track Circuit Trouble

China’s railways use track circuit to realize train occupancy detection and transmit dynamic real-time information. Track circuit equipment is used in both ordinary and high-speed railways in China. As one of the important basic safety equipment of CTCS, ZPW-2000A insulated track circuit plays a key role in train occupancy inspection, train integrity inspection, rail broken inspection and transmission of driving orders to trains. In the transmission safety of section track circuit, the technical problems such as track circuit full-range broken track inspection, dead zone length of tuning area, tuning unit broken line inspection and frequency interference protection are solved, the transmission length of track circuit is prolonged, and the anti-interference ability is improved by using single-chip microcomputer and digital signal processing technology.
