Structured Medical Dataset Analysis Tool Based on ChatGPT

This study proposes a medical data analysis tool using Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), a natural language processing model (NLP), to directly communicate with medical data for various analyses. The tool recommends optimal AI models in terms of accuracy and efficiency using Shapley Additive explanation (SHAP) and showed average accuracies of 90.6% and 82% in the data analysis and AI model analysis stages, respectively. The proposed method showed the potential of chatGPT to revolutionize medical data analysis.
