Citrus Plant Disease Classification and Detection: Taxonomy and Survey

Citrus trees, including orange, lemon, grapefruit, and lime trees, are susceptible to citrus canker, a highly contagious disease brought on by a bacterial pathogen. The illness results in lesions on the tree's leaves, stems, and fruit, which cause defoliation and fruit drops. Although citrus is a significant fruit crop, it is susceptible to several bacterial, viral, and fungal illnesses. This study reviews the different methods used for identifying citrus plant diseases using machine learning. This study also discusses about Citrus diseases, their symptoms, and techniques used for disease detection. Also, this study provides the review of different techniques used to identify citrus plant diseases.
