Inverse Reading of ITU-P P. 1546 Propagation Curves for the Broadcast Transmitter EM Field Level for the Transmitting Antenna Height Parameter less than 10 m

In this paper an extension of the previous method for inverse reading of the ITU-R P.1546 Recommendation for the expected level of the broadcast transmitter electromagnetic field curves is proposed. The main idea behind the work is to develop an extension of the earlier developed method to be valid for the transmitting antenna height parameter less than 10 m. The method is based on the application of artificial neural networks trained to determine the distance from the transmitter at which a given field level is achieved. The model is developed and its accuracy is validated for the frequencies up to 4000 MHz. As illustration, test results for the data referring to different frequencies not used in the process of model development.
