Problems of Teaching Information Technologies to Students From India at a Russian University

Based on a survey conducted among students from India, a phenomenon called the “digital divide” was discovered. In this connection, the authors of the article, in order to overcome it, substantiate the need to organize differentiated training for students, future doctors, the course “Informatics in English”, and also propose to change the living conditions of foreign students in the hostel.
