Intellectualization of the Data Processing in the Professional Development of Modern Specialists

Continuous development of modern technologies and equipment models inevitably needs to improve the process of training highly qualified specialists who carry out their direct operation. As one of the most promising areas of improvement, the introduction of intelligent systems to support the continuous process of professional development of specialists (virtual assistants) with the ability to predict events in time, build an interactive spatio-temporal model of events is justified. It is shown that such systems should be based on the development and integrated use of modern methods of machine learning and analysis of a large amount of data to determine the most effective strategies for the professional development of a specialist, depending on the current personal competence, psycho-physiological portrait, as well as assessments of the expected conditions for the performance of functional tasks.
