An Analysis on Animal Welfare, Production and Cost Through Statistical and Machine learning Techniques

The rearing, raising, and breeding of animals is known as animal farming. The most likely source of meat production among the many livestock species is swine husbandry, and these pigs are the second-most effective feed converters after broilers. The socially disadvantaged, impoverished sector of the Indian people has always raised and reared swine as their main source of income. Thanks to a significant change in the story’s trajectory, commercial hog raising in India is no longer restricted to lower-income areas. Pigs now have a recognized and valued monetary worth, just as other domesticated animals. People with higher social standing and greater education have also entered the commercial pig farming industry. India has recently seen a rise in pig rearing due to rising, meat demand. The welfare of pigs is being disregarded as meat demand rises day by day. This analysis is carried out by using several models while keeping the welfare of the pigs in mind to see if the equilibrium between the three main variables can be attained or not. Cost, welfare, and production are the three factors.
