Technical Analysis of Performance of sentimental behaviours using Structural Equation Modelling

This study explores the relationship between organizational culture and performance using structural equation modeling. The study collected data from employees of a large multinational company and used SEM to analyze the data. The results of the study suggest that there is a strong positive relationship between organizational culture and performance. Specifically, the study found that a strong organizational culture, characterized by values of innovation and collaboration, is associated with better performance outcomes such as increased productivity and employee satisfaction. The study also found that organizational culture has a direct effect on performance, as well as an indirect effect through its impact on employee attitudes and behaviors. Overall, the findings of this study underscore the importance of a positive organizational culture in achieving successful performance outcomes.
