The Impact of Electric Conductivity on The Composition of Resin and Hardener in Epoxy Networks

Adhesive resin compositions with multiple network topologies and maintained pharmacological functions have been created by varying the amount of resin to cementitious material. Heat flux, capacitance spectrometry, DC permeability, and studies of the Ac breaking force were used to describe the produced composites in order to investigate the impact of topology and chemical nature on computational modeling and electrical characteristics. The melting point was shown by the differential scanning calorimetry to be predominantly influenced by the polymer concentration, indicating that side reactions like transesterification reaction or monopolization are minimal within the range of circumstances used here. On the other hand, alterations in framework or kinematics seem to be less likely to cause modifications in Dielectric permittivity with resin redox reactions than modifications in the chemical composition of the material. We especially propose that the residue anionic compound concentrations in the system have a significant impact on the Dielectric permittivity. While there seems to be a general correlation between Dielectric permittivity and DC breakage, studies for AC failure showed that even this characteristic does not change when redox reactions changes, thus implies that the processes governing the Dc complete collapse intensities are distinct.
