Rescue Alert System of Accident Detection with Level Specification for Highway

The up-to-date risk reports of highway and the rapid rescue services are regarded as the major parts to save the accident victims when the accidents such as vehicle collisions, disaster, etc. occur on the highways. To enhance the quality of such those rescue services, the prevailing technologies (e.g., the perpetual monitoring and alert systems, the hypersensitive techniques) are included in the day-to-day rescue operations by tracking the most recent location of victims and report the information to the closest rescue units. This paper states the methods and algorithm to be applied in the detection and specification of accidents' places and levels as well as the delivery of quick messages to the closest emergency services. The Motion Sensing Method uses the sensors values and specifies the ranking of the accident levels by critical, major or minor. Based on the values received from GPS, the Difference Angle Method expresses the precise angle direction of the automobiles. In order to obtain the accurate results such as accident location, the Modern Positioning Method uses the signals from the victim's mobile phones to the available mobile networks for tracing the victims. The Object Detection in Fence Algorithm provides the rapid medical assistances to the victims from the nearest emergency stations. With the purpose of implementing the user-friendly system, the selected methods and algorithm are intended to operate with built-in sensors of users' smartphones. With the connection of available mobile networks, GPS, GIS and Geofence technologies, a rescue alert system of accident detection with level specification is able to monitor and detect the victims' locations, analyze the levels of accident and pass the messages to receive the rescue services on time.
