Research on the Optimization of Prefabricated Electromechanical Installation Process Using Artificial Intelligence

In recent years, advanced information technology, network technology, Internet of Things technology, cloud computing technology and so on are developing rapidly, which has played an important role in promoting the development and reform of the society. The application of these advanced intelligent technology in mechanical and electrical engineering has greatly improved the quality of the project while reducing the construction cost. Mechanical and electrical installation and construction has an important impact on the economic benefits of enterprises. Mechanical and electrical installation engineering has many equipment types and involves many professional fields, so we should fully master the mechanical and electrical installation technology to ensure targeted construction, so as to comprehensively improve the project progress. Firstly, this paper briefly describes the prefabricated board installation process and optimization method. Secondly, the prefabricated mechanical and electrical installation process in intelligent engineering is optimized by using the characteristics of artificial intelligence. Finally, the practical application proves that the flexible use of prefabricated installation and construction technology in the installation and construction process of intelligent mechanical and electrical machinery is beneficial to saving resources and energy, improving labor production efficiency and quality and safety level.
