Mathematical Model Analysis and Control Strategy

Liquid level control is widely used in steel, petrochemical, food filling, pharmaceutical, power plant and other industries, and is an important part of industrial automation. The three tank level height control system is a kind of multi input and multi output control object, which has the characteristics of nonlinearity, time-varying, large inertia, hysteresis and coupling. The in-depth and detailed mathematical model construction and control scheme design can provide a basis for the design of further experimental devices and experimental schemes. Based on the three tank interconnected water tank, this paper designs a liquid level height control system, analyzes the mathematical model of the water tank system, and studies the control strategy for the three tank interconnected SISO water tank system, which improves the control level of the system and can be applied to general industrial control systems. It has more extensive application value and higher practical significance.
