Research on Labor Cost Adjustment Coefficient of Transmission Line Project Based on Improved SVM

The effective management of labor costs is directly related to the project cost, project profits and the economic benefits of power construction enterprises, it also indirectly has an important impact on the quality and duration of construction projects. With the rise of labor cost, the overspending of labor cost in the cost of transmission line project has become more and more serious in recent years. This phenomenon causes a serious impact on the management of transmission line project. Therefore, the effective control of labor cost target is very important to improve the lean management level of transmission line project cost. In order to solve the price difference problem caused by labor cost fluctuation, this paper first identifies the key influencing factors of labor cost price difference. On this basis, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of support vector machine model. After that the calculation model of labor cost change adjustment coefficient is established. Finally, by using the actual data of labor cost change and influencing factors of power transmission project, this paper verifies the validity and feasibility of the model. Through the prediction of this model, we can effectively control the changes in labor costs, so as to calculate project costs more reasonably and optimize the management of transmission line projects.
