Temperature mapping in the storage area

The article deals with temperature mapping in the storage area, where it is necessary to maintain a stable temperature. A temperature change of a few degrees can affect product quality and safety. The measured temperatures were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The influence of the season on the temperature in the storage space was investigated. Quality management tools were used to investigate the problem of temperature changes. Brainstorming was used to search for possible ideas and causes of temperature changes in the controlled space. Then, the ideas were grouped into categories and recorded in an affinity diagram. Based on the findings, appropriate measures were proposed to maintain a stable temperature in the storage area. The appropriate measures can serve as general recommendations for temperature-controlled storage.
