Research on fault diagnosis and evaluation method of wind turbine gearbox

Due to the rapid development of the wind power industry, there are also more and more technical problems in the wind power machinery equipment. It is worth paying attention to the fault of the wind turbine gearbox. Because the fault of the wind turbine gearbox is relatively frequent due to long-term loaded vibration, this paper conducts the research on the evaluation method based on the GEZ gearbox fault diagnosis platform, and collects experimental data by designing and building a gearbox transmission platform, Based on the MATLAB simulation software, the vibration signal data of the gearbox is analyzed. By using the time domain, frequency spectrum, cepstrum and envelope spectrum analysis, the data monitoring analysis and life prediction of the gearbox are carried out through the feature extraction method. The characteristic curves of each signal analysis are obtained, and then the fault location of the gearbox is judged.
