The Research and Application of the Batch Testing Technology for the Power Distribution IOT Intelligence

Intelligent gateway of power distribution is the key equipment of power distribution Internet of Things. Different from the traditional power distribution terminal which only has powerful data collection function and the Internet of Things gateway which only has communication function, it is a new intelligent device which integrates acquisition, communication and local computing. However, the existing testing research of intelligent gateway and intelligent terminal cannot meet the needs of mass testing of intelligent gateway, so this paper will carry out research on mass testing technology of intelligent gateway. The architecture design of the detection system, the design principle of hardware and software, as well as the implementation of key technologies are described. Moreover, a set of automatic test platform of intelligent gateway is built. Its feasibility, effectiveness and reliability are verified by test application examples, which help control the network access quality of intelligent gateway and support the promotion and application of the power distribution Internet of things.
