Research on reliability design optimization of electronic products based on Fuzzy PID control

Under the background of the new era, automation has gradually become the mainstream trend in life and production activities, bringing profound changes and important development impetus to all walks of life. As a scientific and technological product of the 21st century, electronic products have been widely used in various industries, driving the rapid development of various industries. With the increasing number and types of electronic products, the reliability of electronic products has been paid more and more attention. In practice, in order to maintain the good functional characteristics of electronic products and prolong their service life, we need to pay attention to their reliability design. The reliability design of electronic products is very important, it requires the product's own quality and performance to meet the actual needs. For the reliability of electronic products, it has a lot to do with product design, experimental testing and post-maintenance. There are also many indicators to measure the reliability of electronic products. This paper introduces the principle of fuzzy control based on the PID control method under the background of the continuous improvement of China's scientific development level, and then expounds the design of fuzzy PID control system in detail. Through the simulation analysis with MATLAB, the simulation results are compared according to the requirements of deterministic indicators, which shows that the new control scheme is superior to the conventional process control method in terms of stability, rapidity and robustness, It can achieve better control effect and has a certain application prospect in practice.
