Blockchain-based Vehicle-to-vehicle Power Trading Strategy Considering Wind Power Uncertainty

A low-carbon power system, mainly wind power, can slow down environmental degradation and promote the green transformation of energy. To cope with the stronger intermittency of wind power generation, vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V) cooperative trading can reduce the superimposed burden of electrical energy load and solve the problem of electric vehicle(EV) mileage anxiety. When power fluctuations occur on the grid side, first determine whether the fluctuations are within an acceptable range, and if not, V2V between EVs to mitigate the load fluctuations. Based on game theory, this paper designs a V2V power trading pricing and transaction matching mechanism for the objective of maximizing social welfare. To solve the problem of mutual suspicion among EV users, blockchain is used to record data on electricity transactions among EVs, achieve transparent pricing, and use smart contracts to match transactions. Finally, the arithmetic results show that the proposed mechanism is effective in improving social welfare and reducing the grid load compared to the conventional EVs using the charging post format.
