Optimal Robust Non-Fragile H∞ Control for Networked Control Systems with Actuator Faults

This paper investigates the issue of optimal robust non-fragile $H_{\infty}$ control for networked control systems (NCSs) with actuator faults under the condition of short time-varying delay. For purpose of lessen conservativeness, according to the nominal point method, the continuous NCSs model is transformed into a discrete system model with norm bounded uncertain parameters. Meanwhile, random variables are introduced to represent the gain fluctuation of the controller. Applying linear matrix inequality (LMI) method combining Lyapunov stability theory, design procedures of optimal exponential $H_{\infty}$ state feedback controller are given. An instance is proposed to confirm the correctness of the presented strategy.
