AGILE Project Management Using Jira in Processing of Food Industry

The goal of this paper is to present the applicability of AGILE SCRUM Project Management in Processing of Food Industry. This article is an incipient case study of interdisciplinarity fields such as food processing industry and AGILE SCRUM Methodology. Beginning with a succinct overview of the Methodology, this paper presents how AGILE suits in different fields of engineering.
