Development and Application of Cementing Pump Skid Based on Full-automatic Control System

The fully automatic double machine double pump skid is a new generation of skid cementing equipment designed for deep water drilling platform, which integrates the latest control technology, explosion-proof technology and safe and reliable design concept. The complete set of equipment is composed of a main skid with explosion-proof function and a remote control room with remote integrated monitoring function. The operator can complete pressure test, pumping and other operations in the remote control room. On the basis of the existing equipment configuration, a large number of automatic modifications are carried out to realize the hardware conditions of high automation of equipment. At the same time, through a large number of traditional cementing pump pressure test operation, mixing operation, pipeline cleaning operation and so on, the automation of the whole cementing process is realized. After many tests, the overall stability of the field operation and remote operation system was verified. The cement slurry density fluctuated around plus or minus 0.02S.G, and the ability to lower the ash, pump pressure and flow rate were all effective, which verified its applicability and stability. The successful development of automatic cementing pump skid speeds up the process of digital and intelligent transformation of cementing equipments and tools, and lays an important foundation for the core problem of the whole-process cementing technology.
