Design of Semiconductor Laser Temperature Control System Based on Fuzzy Neural Network PID Control

The paper describes a fuzzy-neural hybrid system to meet the rigorous requirement of the temperature control system of semiconductor laser. Fuzzy controller and neural network controller are used to optimize PID parameters respectively. Through MATLAB, we know that the system has superior performance than the conventional PID, reducing the maximum overshoot by 45.4%, the risetime by 0.504s, the peak time by 0.599s and the accommodation time by 2.047s.
