Research on Decoupling Control for Module Suspension System Based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control

The module suspension control of the Maglev train is divided into two levitation units, The control of suspension unit ignores the coupling effect between two suspension units, which reduces the levitation performance of the Maglev train. This paper take the suspension module suspension system as the research object. First, the model of a unilateral with double-points suspension model of the maglev system is established, which considering the coupling characteristics of two suspension units. The linear disturbance rejection control (LADRC) algorithm is used to design as the suspension point controller, which mainly includes the linear extended state observer (LESO) and the linear state error feedback control law (LSEF). Each points has its own control units. The LESO is designed to estimate the coupling effects and external disturbances of the system; the LSEF is designed to observe the internal dynamics and external disturbance information in real time and to estimate the “total disturbance” of the system. The coupling action is compensated for control to decouple the double-points suspension system into two independent second-order series integral-type subsystems. Comparing the PID control method with this method, the simulation results show that LADRC achieves decoupled control of the two-point suspension levitation system with fast response, tracking of the set signal, and strong anti-interference capability.
