Speech to Text App Customized for Police Functioning in Different Languages

One of the important fields in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is Speech-to-text (ST). In this paper, we look at the various methods that can be employed to ensure your seamless conversion of speech to text, primarily focusing on its use for police functioning . We are going to focus on the CTC+Attention model, End-to-end Speech Translation (ST) models, a Speech Recognition model developed using Google Speech Recognition model, PCM A-law codecs and also Voice Recognition Module V3
