Research on Human Resource Management Information System Based on Big Data Blockchain Architecture

In response to the current situation of human resource management in China, a human resource management solution based on blockchain technology is proposed. Starting from the system architecture, a comprehensive PBFT consensus algorithm and management system scheme design has been gradually introduced. The proposed system uses a comprehensive PBFT consensus algorithm to securely and efficiently store document data in the human information blockchain system, improving the traceability and efficiency of document information. It also uses intelligent protocols, an interstellar document management system (IPFS), and other technical means to carry out local backup and mobile sharing of human information. To avoid the illegal destruction of document information by untrusted third parties, the security of document data is improved. The result shows that the system architecture designed has prominent advantages in output characteristics, consensus rate, and stability with higher stability and throughput. The use of blockchain human capital management methods is expected to solve the shortcomings of traditional human resource management and adapt to the growing need for human resource data protection and sharing.
