Silicon Nanowire and Carbon Nanotube MOSFET: A Simulation Study

This paper shows analysis, simulation and comparison of different characteristics of Carbon Nanotube MOSFET and Silicon Nanowire MOSFET. Here we analyze and compare drain current versus drain voltage, drain current versus gate voltage, Average current of carriers versus gate voltage, Transconductance over drain current ratio versus gate voltage. So here is a detailed outlook on the analysis and comparison of silicon nanowire MOSFET and carbon nanotube MOSFET.
