Approach of “Digital Twins” applied to smart urban lighting: from concept to application

The objective of this study is to develop a digital twin of a street lighting pole, enabling remote control and monitoring according to a smart lighting framework. The project encompasses the creation of a DT-pole model for an entire street and the evaluation of its energy efficiency. A physical prototype is built, integrating sensors for data acquisition. A refined performance indicator is calculated, taking into account an energy efficiency analysis.
