Optimizing Strategies for Smart Logistics in the Era of Industry 4.0: Gamification Design and Transformation of the "Last Mile"

The fusion of the Industrial 4.0 model in the Internet of Things and the industrial model is maturing as a result of Industry 4.0’s development. This technological foundation has also substantially advanced smart logistics. The new technology of Industry 4.0 is typically implemented in the logistics supply chain in smart logistics to accomplish the desired result of lowering management, energy, and storage costs. The last mile of smart logistics is addressed in this article using a gamification design framework, an in-depth analysis of service objects, service value, and service composition in smart logistics, and a summary of optimization strategies for smart logistics in the fields of 5G technology, management, and design in recent years to facilitate development in the last mile.
