Detection and Implementation of Stress Detection Band for Women

Most people must deal with stress on a regular basis because it is a normal part of life. On the other hand, persistent tension or a high degree of stress will endanger our health and disrupt our normal lives. Early stress detection is crucial since women are more likely than men to be stressed (28% vs. 20%), according to the American Psychological Association. Women’s health issues, such as melancholy and anxiety, heart disorders, pregnancy challenges, and menstrual problems, can all be avoided with early detection of mental stress. The temperature, electrical, impedance, acoustic, optical, and other bio-signals change noticeably when a person is under stress. Such bio-signals can be used to gauge stress levels. There are numerous techniques and methods for determining and keeping track of stress levels. In this research, we explored IoT strategies and algorithms that help monitor and control stress levels in women using wearable sensors and gadgets throughout various hormonal phases. Additionally, this article plans to ask a number of questions and use the answers to unbiasedly examine the relationships between physical and mental health.
