A Novel Approach Of Fast Performance Level Shifter Using Body Biasing

This article presents a brand-new level shifter design that works with body bias voltages supplied to each MOSFET to operate at extremely low voltages. A voltage bias generator supplies the biasing voltage. The voltage bias generator's input is the level shifter's output. The biasing voltage for both NMOS and PMOS transistors is the voltage bias generator's output. It gives great performance and decreases the delay by supplying body biasing voltages. Tanner EDA is used to simulate the suggested design, which makes use of 45nm CMOS technology files.
