Design and Performance Analysis of Micro Strip Nano-Patch Antenna using Graphene for Terahertz Application

This study presents a microstrip nano patch antenna made of graphene. Two hexagonal patches and an inverted T-shaped gourd make up the pattern. Graphene is employed as a patch material, whereas Teflon is used as the substrate material. Through simulation, many performance metrics are derived, including return loss, bandwidth, radiation efficiency, and radiation patterns. The hexagonal patch structure of graphene is chosen because of its special characteristics at Terahertz (THz) frequencies. The suggested research displays the radiation properties of THz-based nano-scale strips for circular patch antennas that radiate in the 1THz to 2.3THz frequency range, both rectangular and hexagonal. In this research we get maximum values of 1.56 THz in 39.563 dB of bandwidth 1.2THz. The S-parameters as well as the radiation pattern show laudable results in gain and directivity from conventional antennas.
