Channel Dynamics of the Controllable Indicator Gyrostabilizer for Surveillance Object Line-Of Sight Angular Rate Measurement

This paper presents a mathematical model of the two-axis indicator gyrostabilizer with micromechanical angular rate sensors that operate in combined mode of stabilization, automatic target tracking and object line-of-sight (LOS) angular rate measurement under three-component motion of the base. Possible methods of forming the LOS angular rate measurement channels and increasing their accuracy have been considered.
