Algorithmic Compensation of Automated Astronomical Theodolite Errors Due to Data Synchronization Failures

The paper describes an algorithm developed for detecting and compensating the errors of an automated astronomical theodolite, caused by the failures of data synchronization with the coordinated universal time (UTC) scale when determining the astronomic longitudes and azimuths near the meridian plane in the north and south directions.
