Research on the Distribution Method of Wind-Power and Pump-Storage Income Based on Shapley Value Method

Under the “double carbon” goal, the new energy power generation represented by scenery has increased rapidly and substantially. New energy power generation will become the main power source. However, its characteristics of randomness, volatility and low inertia will pose great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power system, so a large number of reliable and flexible regulation resources need to be equipped. In order to solve the problems faced by the current combined operation mode of wind power and pumped storage power stations, such as the imperfect price formation mechanism, the unclear cooperation mode, and the unreasonable income distribution, this paper, based on the cooperative game theory, sets up the optimal dispatching model of wind power and pumped storage power stations with the goal of maximizing their income under the combined operation mode. Based on the characteristics and contribution degree of each power source, an alliance income distribution model considering the contribution degree of pumped storage power stations is proposed to quantify the contribution of pumped storage power stations to wind power consumption. The result of the example shows that the wind-power and pumped-storage income distribution model based on Shapley value method has significantly improved the economic benefits of each subject, greatly improved the consumption level of wind power, and provided theoretical support for further improving the price policy and service compensation mechanism of pumped-storage power stations in the future.
