Refining and Physicochemical and Electrical Properties Analysis of Natural Ester Insulating Oil based on Sapium Sebiferum Seed Oil

Natural ester insulating oil has been used more and more in transformer industry due to its advantages of high ignition point, environmental protection and non-pollution. Through degumming, deacidification, decolorization and dehydration of sapium sebiferum seed oil, sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil with excellent physico, chemical and electrical properties was prepared. The physical, chemical and electrical properties of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil were studied. The electrical performance indexes such as breakdown voltage and dielectric loss factor of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil, refined camellia seed insulating oil, rapeseed insulating oil and 25# transformer oil were compared and analyzed. The antioxidation mechanism of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil was analyzed, and the oxidation stability of sapium sebiferum seed insulating oil added with three kinds of antioxidants was tested. The test results show that the insulating oil of sapium sebiferum seed has excellent performance in terms of kinematic viscosity, acid value and condensation point, and has excellent electrical properties. Reasonable selection of antioxidants can improve its antioxidant capacity.
