An Inter-Provincial Continuous Trading Method Based on Energy Block Transaction in Take or Pay Mode

China has comprehensively promoted the construction of provincial power markets. Take or pay mode is the main trading form currently, it cannot be executed easily with the complexity of power market. To this end, the paper first designs the process and algorithm of power transactions by using the energy block. According to different inter-provincial transaction modes, energy block is used as the medium to unify the processing methods of various inter-provincial transaction varieties. The “take or pay” mode can be encouraged in inter-provincial transactions through this work, leading to the growth of the national power market.
