Consensus-Based Online Decoupling Optimization for Integrated Energy System

The complexity exists in the Integrated Energy System (IES) makes it impractical to implement in real-word. To this end, we propose a consensus-based online decoupling optimization method for the IES in this paper. First, an nonlinear optimization model is formulated in a centralized fashion, considering the dynamic carbon emission factors (DCF) and carbon market transaction costs. We further introduce an alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm combing with consistency variables to solve the energy-carbon co-optimization problem, where the original problem is transformed to convex cone optimization problem. Moreover, the convergence performance of the ADMM algorithm is improved by dynamically adjusting the variable penalty coefficient. The numerical results show that the method can reduce the cost by transforming different types of energy and effectively improve the utilization of muti-energy.
