Research Trends and Hotspots of Integrated Energy System: Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace

Integrated energy system (IES) is essential in promoting the energy production and consumption revolution. It helps to build a clean, low-carbon and efficient energy system. To systematically analyze the development of the IES, CiteSpace is used to analyze the publications “integrated energy system” literature in the core collection of the Web of Science. Firstly, this paper maps the collaborative network of countries, institutions and core authors. The distribution of research power and scientific cooperation in IES is available. Secondly, the co-occurrence, clustering and emergent analysis of keywords are carried out to obtain research hotspots, development trends and research frontiers. Based on the above analysis, the recent hotspot is IES with solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), and power flow is an emerging trend in the field. The results can guide the future research development of the IES.
