Design of Continuous Operation Scheme of Electric Power Market Based on Energy Block

With the reform of China's new power market, power transactions are shifting towards a more sophisticated direction. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a more efficient market with continuous operation. Based on this, it is necessary to research a power trading rule and settlement that considers both standardization and diversification. The method should adapt to multi-scenario and multi-cycle transactions, simplify the complexity, and facilitate the participation of various market players in power market transactions. This paper establishes a trading regulation with energy block, designs trading process between different trading subjects, and unifying the different trading practices. By utilizing energy block to unify trading regulations, the foundation is laid for the establishment of a nationwide standardized electricity market.
