Research on Frequency Modulation Control Technology of Doubly-fed Wind Turbine Based on MPC

The ability of wind turbines to participate in the frequency regulation of the power system is the guarantee for the stability of the power system with a high proportion of wind power generation in the future. This paper studies the operating characteristics of DFIG in different intervals, optimizes the load shedding control strategy, designs a model predictive controller (MPC) and applies it to the DFIG to participate in the primary frequency regulation of the system, and improves the inertia of the DFIG Response and control the output of active power to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
