Research on optimal scheduling strategy of micro-energy grid based on stochastic evolutionary game

Aiming at the randomness and uncertainty of renewable energy output in the micro-energy grid, a micro-energy grid optimal scheduling strategy with the stochastic matching of supply and demand is proposed. First, considering the randomness of the output of renewable energy such as wind and photovoltaic, it is proposed to use Kantorovich distance index to generate the optimal wind and photovoltaic output scenario, which transforms the stochastic optimization problem into a deterministic optimization problem. Secondly, taking the minimum system scheduling cost and the minimum environmental pollution cost as the objective functions, the multi-objective optimal scheduling scenario model of micro-energy gird is constructed. Finally, considering the impact of the energy storage station on the matching of dispatching supply and demand, the stochastic evolutionary game algorithm is used to solve the model. The example analysis verifies that the proposed optimal scheduling strategy can effectively improve the utilization rate of renewable energy and reduce environmental pollution.
