In this article, we found that silicone electric compound greases are more thermally stable than hydrocarbon greases and The thermal stability of polydimethylphenyl silicone electric compound grease is higher than that of polydimethyl silicone electric compound grease. During the hot oxygen aging process, the contact resistance of the copper bar will first decrease and then increase. Electric compound greases with good thermal stability and low oil separation rate will keep the copper bar with a small contact resistance.
