optimization Method of Sewing Machine Case Manufacturing Resources Sets

In the cloud manufacturing environment, manufacturing resources are divers, massive and dynamic, so it is difficult to achieve a quick match between supply and demand. Aiming at this problem, firstly this paper analyzed the manufacturing process of the sewing machine case, and carried on the ontology modeling of the manufacturing resources involved in the manufacturing process. Secondly, the improved K-means algorithm was used to realize the clustering of manufacturing resources of sewing machine case. On the basis of preprocessing the manufacturing resources of sewing machine case to form several resource classes, the manufacturing resources of sewing machine case in cluster center were evaluated based on extension comprehensive evaluation method, and the optimal selection of manufacturing resources sets was realized. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method were verified by using the actual production data of the manufacturing resources of sewing machine case.
