A Method for Evaluating the Adjustability of Source Grid Storage System

In this paper, a method for adjustability evaluation of source grid storage system is proposed, which includes the following steps: building structural model of source grid storage system and establishing energy balance relationship; The objective function and constraints are established according to the anticipated optimization objectives, which satisfy the constraints of purchasing and selling power from the large power grid by the source grid storage system. According to the system structure model, objective function and constraints, MPC algorithm is used to solve the adjustability potential and cost of specified time period, and the adjustability is classified considering the flexibility cost. The flexible evaluation method of the source grid storage system in this paper takes into account the actual characteristics of different flexible components and calculates the flexibility potential and related costs for a specified period of time, so that the source grid storage system can establish sufficient flexible reserves to meet the demand response dispatching of the power grid under the premise of satisfying the use.
