Investigation of a Random Number Generator Built into the LabVIEW Graphical Development Environment

A random number generator built into the LabVIEW graphical development environment is being investigated for compliance with the characteristics stated in the documentation. The required number of repetitions for a series of experiments is determined, and a machine experiment is conducted for different sample sizes. For various combinations of parameters, histograms of the distribution of random variables are constructed in order to verify their compliance with a given distribution law. A study of the generator was carried out with the establishment of different bit depth of the output values.
