to increase transparency in the work of artificial intelligence systems in the analysis of medical images is called to use methods of explainable artificial intelligence. Our study provides an overview of the current state of application of explainable artificial intelligence methods for medical image analysis, and also considers potentially promising approaches to improving the technology.
