Design and Implementation Mechanism of Cooking Robot Based on Digital Kitchen

With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of intelligence, intelligent cooking machine is gradually favored by consumers. At present, the cooking machine appearing in the market has not been popularized on a large scale due to the unreasonable structure, imperfect function and other problems [1]. Therefore, in order to improve the intelligent level of Chinese cuisine cooking, this paper designs a kind of fully automatic cooking robot which is applied to digital kitchen. This paper focuses on the functional design of the cooking robot, such as flipping, stir-frying, feeding, serving and cleaning, STM32F103 series microcontroller is selected, the lower computer control system and the corresponding hardware circuit are developed, and the upper computer PC menu management software based on Windows platform is developed. The lower computer control system can orderly and accurately control the actions of each executive module of the intelligent stir-frying machine according to the menu management software, and complete the functions of flipping, stir-frying, feeding, cleaning and serving dishes [1]. By using SolidWorks software, the model and simulation are carried out, and the characteristic parameters of kinematics and dynamics are obtained [1], The results show that this scheme can realize the automatic, efficient and stable preparation of dishes, and provide a basis for the optimization design of the prototype structure.
