Research on High Reliability 100MHz signal Generation and Distribution System

In order to solve the multi-channel demand for high-quality frequency signal in space electronic system, based on the idea of modularization and high reliability, this paper proposes a high-quality 100MHz signal generation and distribution system. The system consists of two rubidium atomic clock and a distribution module, which can output 12 channel high isolation signals. Besides, the fault detection and real-time monitoring are achieved by designing a build in test system and communication function in Microcontroller Unit. In addition, the main and backup design improves the reliability of this system. Finally, through the test, we can know that the system's output signal has a better performance, thereby this system has an important value in engineering application.
